The following terms apply to all Atlanta Wilkes artwork, including, but not limited to:
- Paperback books purchased on Amazon.
- Digital editions.
- Images shared via email, social media, or on atlantawilkes.com.
User Responsibilities:
You are responsible for complying with the copyright laws in your jurisdiction.
Permitted Uses:
You may:
- Share your completed coloring pages online.
- Print one or more copies for personal or academic use.
- Create and share a “flip-through” video (without displaying access codes). A “flip-through” is a video featuring physical books.
- Create and share a “slideshow” video (with a prominent watermark to protect the artwork). A “slideshow” is a video showcasing digital images.
- Share images within an online review (with a conspicuous watermark to protect the artwork).
- Forward our promotional emails to individuals you know, adhering to all email-related laws.
- Host “color-along” events (in-person or online) using any of our images, provided you follow other rules regarding image sharing.
Prohibited Uses:
You may not:
- Repost our “preview images” online. Instead, share a link to atlantawilkes.com or one of our official social media channels.
- Utilize our images for any form of commercial gain without prior written permission.
- Share or distribute digital editions (e.g., PDF copies). Each digital edition is licensed for one person only.
